We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

- Design and implement API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft (System, Process, and Experience APIs)
- Define enterprise integration architecture, standards, and best practices
- Create and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
- Lead MuleSoft solution design across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MuleSoft developers
- Review Mule applications, APIs, and DataWeave implementations
- Establish and enforce API governance using Anypoint Platform tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure integrations meet performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements
- Support deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and production issues
Required Skills & Experience
MuleSoft & Integration
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Deep understanding of API-led architecture
- Proficiency in DataWeave (DW 2.x)
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of common connectors (Salesforce, SAP, Databases, HTTP, JMS, etc.)
- API lifecycle management and versioning
Technical Skills
- Java fundamentals
- JSON, XML, RAML, OpenAPI
- Messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, ActiveMQ, etc.)
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Deployment models: CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, Hybrid
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Source control (Git)
- Monitoring and logging tools (Anypoint Monitoring, Splunk, ELK)
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes – preferred)
- Experience implementing API security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS, SAML)
- Knowledge of enterprise security and data protection standards
- Integration with IAM solutions (Azure AD, Okta, LDAP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of integration or middleware experience
- 3–5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
Preferred Certifications
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect
- MuleSoft Developer Certification
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50.00 per hour
